Yakisoba - Japanese Stir Fried Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 4 packs Yakisoba Noodles
  • 1 whole Carrot
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Yakisoba Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Yakisoba Noodles as per the instructions on the package. Once done, drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  2. Thinly slice the carrot, green bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced vegetables into the pan and stir-fry them until they are tender.
  4. Add the cooked Yakisoba Noodles and Yakisoba Sauce to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients and ensure that the noodles are coated in sauce.
  5. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve the Yakisoba hot, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy your quick & easy Japanese snack!
