
Warm Apple Cider Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Apple cider
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 whole Apples
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the apple cider and honey. Stir to combine.
- Add the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for a few minutes, until the apples are soft.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer together for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken topped with the apple and cider sauce.
