Warm Apple Cider Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 whole Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the apple cider and honey. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for a few minutes, until the apples are soft.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer together for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with the apple and cider sauce.
