Ingredients:
- 150 grams Soba Noodles
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, boil water and cook soba noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Saute the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables. Cook until they are soft and cooked through.
- Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan. Toss to combine with the vegetables.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir regularly to ensure the noodles become evenly coated in sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
