Vegetable Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams Soba Noodles
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, boil water and cook soba noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Saute the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables. Cook until they are soft and cooked through.
  4. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan. Toss to combine with the vegetables.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir regularly to ensure the noodles become evenly coated in sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
