Vegetable Stir-Fry with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 servings Cooked rice

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, brown sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini to the wok and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve the vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
