
Vegetable Stir-Fry with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper
- 1 large Zucchini
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 4 servings Cooked rice
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, brown sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and zucchini to the wok and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
