
Vegetable Primavera Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Pasta
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Yellow squash
- 1 cup Zucchini
- 1 cup Red bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 handful Fresh basil
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, squash, zucchini, and red pepper to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Mix the cooked vegetables with the pasta. Add the fresh basil and Parmesan cheese, stirring until everything is well coated.
- Serve hot, garnish with more Parmesan cheese if desired.
