Vegetable Primavera Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pasta
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Yellow squash
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 handful Fresh basil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli, squash, zucchini, and red pepper to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Mix the cooked vegetables with the pasta. Add the fresh basil and Parmesan cheese, stirring until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnish with more Parmesan cheese if desired.
