
Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Raw Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Whole Onion
- 2 Whole Carrots
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the carrots and peas, and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the cooked rice to the other side. Stir fry for a couple of minutes to lightly toast the rice.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and vegetables. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Continue to cook for a few more minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the fried rice hot as a snack or a hearty main meal.
