Ingredients:

  • 2 fillets Unagi (grilled eel)
  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 sliced green onions

Instructions:

  1. Begin by mixing the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake together in a bowl. This will form your sauce.
