Truffle-Infused Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Quality beef fillet
  • 1 pinch Punch of Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • to taste drops Truffle oil
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 15 grams Arugula leaves
  • 0.5 piece Lemon
  • to drizzle Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Wrap the beef fillet in plastic wrap and place it into the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it easier to slice thinly.
  2. Slice the beef thinly and arrange it on serving plates.
  3. Drizzle truffle oil over the beef, followed by a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Carefully shave parmesan cheese over the beef and scatter with arugula leaves.
  5. Squeeze lemon over everything and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Serve immediately.
