Ingredients:
- 200 grams Quality beef fillet
- 1 pinch Punch of Sea salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- to taste drops Truffle oil
- 30 grams Parmesan cheese
- 15 grams Arugula leaves
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- to drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Wrap the beef fillet in plastic wrap and place it into the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it easier to slice thinly.
- Slice the beef thinly and arrange it on serving plates.
- Drizzle truffle oil over the beef, followed by a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Carefully shave parmesan cheese over the beef and scatter with arugula leaves.
- Squeeze lemon over everything and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
