Ingredients:

  • 1 piece Ripe Mango
  • 1/2 piece Ripe Pineapple
  • 1 piece Ripe Papaya
  • 1 piece Dragon Fruit
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 piece Thai bird chili
  • 1 piece Peeled and crushed garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons Fish sauce

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the mango, pineapple, papaya, and dragon fruit into bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, brown sugar, minced Thai bird chili, crushed garlic clove, and fish sauce.
  3. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruits.
  5. Pour the chili-lime dressing over the fruits and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together. Enjoy this refreshing and exotic Thai snack.
