Ingredients:
- 1 piece Ripe Mango
- 1/2 piece Ripe Pineapple
- 1 piece Ripe Papaya
- 1 piece Dragon Fruit
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 piece Thai bird chili
- 1 piece Peeled and crushed garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the mango, pineapple, papaya, and dragon fruit into bite-sized chunks.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, brown sugar, minced Thai bird chili, crushed garlic clove, and fish sauce.
- Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruits.
- Pour the chili-lime dressing over the fruits and toss gently to combine.
