Thai Style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Small Red Thai Chilies
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • A handful Fresh Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  2. 2. Slice the garlic, chilies, and onion finely.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic, chili, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them gently, until they are lightly set.
  5. 5. Stir in the fish sauce and lime juice, then remove from heat.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
