Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Small Red Thai Chilies
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- A handful Fresh Cilantro
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- 2. Slice the garlic, chilies, and onion finely.
- 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic, chili, and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them gently, until they are lightly set.
- 5. Stir in the fish sauce and lime juice, then remove from heat.
- 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
