Thai-Style Pork Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork tenderloin
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. 1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, ginger, oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Marinate the pork in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and marinade, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the pork is cooked.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables, stir-fry for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Serve the Thai-style pork over rice, if desired.
