Thai-Style Pasta Stir Fry for Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Pasta
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 3 stalks Spring onions
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 lime Juice of lime
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the garlic until it becomes aromatic.
  3. Add the carrots and bell pepper to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes until they become slightly softened.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan along with the soy sauce, lime juice and red chili flakes. Stir well to combine, making sure the pasta is well coated.
  5. Slice the spring onions and add them to the pan along with the peanuts. Stir everything together, making sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Serve the Thai-style pasta hot, garnished with some additional peanuts if desired.
