
Thai-Style Pasta Stir Fry for Dinner

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 large Red bell pepper
- 2 medium Carrots
- 3 stalks Spring onions
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 lime Juice of lime
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the garlic until it becomes aromatic.
- Add the carrots and bell pepper to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes until they become slightly softened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan along with the soy sauce, lime juice and red chili flakes. Stir well to combine, making sure the pasta is well coated.
- Slice the spring onions and add them to the pan along with the peanuts. Stir everything together, making sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Serve the Thai-style pasta hot, garnished with some additional peanuts if desired.
