
Thai-Style Grilled Fish with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
- 1 pepper Red chili pepper, minced
- 1 mango Mango, diced
- 0.5 onion Red onion, diced
- 50 grams Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 25 grams Fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced chili. Pour half of this marinade over the fish fillets and let them marinate for 15 minutes
- In another bowl, combine diced mango, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint. Pour the remaining marinade over this salsa mix and stir well to combine
- Preheat the grill at medium heat. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through
