Thai-Style Grilled Fish with Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pepper Red chili pepper, minced
  • 1 mango Mango, diced
  • 0.5 onion Red onion, diced
  • 50 grams Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 25 grams Fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced chili. Pour half of this marinade over the fish fillets and let them marinate for 15 minutes
  2. In another bowl, combine diced mango, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint. Pour the remaining marinade over this salsa mix and stir well to combine
  3. Preheat the grill at medium heat. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through
