Thai Style Easy Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 6 units Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Mince the garlic. Slice the red bell pepper and green onions into thin strips.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the beaten eggs to the wok and stir gently, scrambling the eggs slightly.
  5. When the eggs are half-cooked, add the red bell pepper, green onions, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until all the ingredients are well combined and the eggs are fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
