
Thai Style Easy Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 6 units Eggs
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 unit Red bell pepper
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Mince the garlic. Slice the red bell pepper and green onions into thin strips.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the beaten eggs to the wok and stir gently, scrambling the eggs slightly.
- When the eggs are half-cooked, add the red bell pepper, green onions, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until all the ingredients are well combined and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
