
Thai Style Comfort Eggs Snack

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 bunch Sweet Basil
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions:
- 1. Chop the garlic and the basil leaves.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the garlic and chili flakes. Stir-fry until aromatic.
- 4. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the edges are crispy but the yolk is still runny.
- 5. Add the fish sauce, the oyster sauce and the sugar. Stir well.
- 6. Add the chopped basil leaves. Stir briefly until wilted.
- 7. Divide into two servings and serve immediately with warm jasmine rice, if desired.
