Thai-style Comfort Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs well and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and saute until fragrant.
  4. Add the red bell pepper to the pan and cook until it starts to soften.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them set for a moment before stirring.
  6. Add the sliced green onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  7. Once the eggs are fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your comforting Thai-style egg stir-fry!
