
Thai Style Comfort Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients:
- 8 units Eggs
- 1/2 cup Thai Basil
- 2 units Spring Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 unit Red Chili Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl until scrambled.
- 2. Finely chop the spring onions, garlic, and red chili pepper.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic and red chili pepper. Saute until the garlic browns.
- 4. Add the beaten eggs into the pan, stirring occasionally.
- 5. When the eggs start to get firm, add the light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- 6. Add the Thai basil and spring onions, stir until they wilt into the eggs.
- 7. Serve hot with a side of toasted bread or rice for a fulfilling Thai comfort breakfast.
