Thai Style Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Red chili
  • 100 ml Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • handful Fresh basil leaves
  • handful Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Grate the lemongrass and chop the garlic and chili.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the grated lemongrass, chopped garlic and chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar until well combined.
  5. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  6. Bake the fish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it's cooked through and the edges start to brown slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and coriander leaves before serving. Enjoy your Thai style baked fish!
