
Thai Style Baked Fish

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Red chili
- 100 ml Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- handful Fresh basil leaves
- handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Grate the lemongrass and chop the garlic and chili.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated lemongrass, chopped garlic and chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Bake the fish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until it's cooked through and the edges start to brown slightly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and coriander leaves before serving. Enjoy your Thai style baked fish!
