
Thai Spicy Prawn Pasta

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Pasta (any type)
- 300 grams Prawns
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 whole Garlic cloves
- 2 whole Red Chillies
- 1 tablespoon Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1 cup Sweet Basil Leaves
- 250 milliliters Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- half lime Lime Juice
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Mix in chopped garlic and chopped chillies.
- Add prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the Thai green curry paste and mix well.
- Pour in the coconut milk. Bring the mix to a simmer.
- Stir in the fish sauce, brown sugar, and basil leaves. Cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and squeeze the lime juice over the pasta. Mix well.
- The Thai Spicy Prawn Pasta is ready to serve!
