
Thai Spicy Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef sirloin strips
- 4 whole cloves Garlic cloves
- 4 whole chilies Bird's eye chili
- 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Holy basil leaves
- 1 whole pepper Red bell pepper
- 1 whole onion Onion
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips, chop the garlic, de-seed and chop the bird's eye chili.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan. Add the garlic and chili and fry for a minute.
- Add the beef to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the sauce mixture and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and basil leaves. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with steamed white rice.
