Thai Spiced Sautéed Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 whole Lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. First, in a large non-stick pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté until fragrant but be mindful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Next, add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink.
  4. Then, stir in the fish sauce and lime juice. Make sure all the shrimp are well coated.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the shrimp to soak up the flavorful sauce.
  6. Finally, remove from heat and garnish with the chopped cilantro before serving.
