
Thai Spiced Sautéed Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Large Shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 whole Lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- First, in a large non-stick pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté until fragrant but be mindful not to burn the garlic.
- Next, add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink.
- Then, stir in the fish sauce and lime juice. Make sure all the shrimp are well coated.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the shrimp to soak up the flavorful sauce.
- Finally, remove from heat and garnish with the chopped cilantro before serving.
