Thai Seafood Omelette - Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Mixed Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean the seafood and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the green onions and garlic finely.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.
  5. Add the seafood to the pan and cook until they change color.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the seafood. Spread the mixture evenly and cover the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Flip the omelette and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add the chopped green onions on top.
  9. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
