
Thai Seafood Omelette - Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Mixed Seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the seafood and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the green onions and garlic finely.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.
- Add the seafood to the pan and cook until they change color.
- Pour the egg mixture over the seafood. Spread the mixture evenly and cover the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Flip the omelette and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped green onions on top.
- Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
