
Thai Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 1 large Red bell pepper
- 1 large Green bell pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- handful Basil leaves
Instructions:
- Cut the pork loin into thin slices and set aside.
- Chop the red and green bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork to the pan and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes, until it's nearly cooked through.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
- Stir everything together and continue to cook for a couple more minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the pork is fully cooked.
- Turn off the heat and mix in the basil leaves.
- Serve the stir fry hot, with steamed rice if desired.
