Thai Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork loin
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • handful Basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork loin into thin slices and set aside.
  2. Chop the red and green bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork to the pan and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes, until it's nearly cooked through.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
  7. Stir everything together and continue to cook for a couple more minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the pork is fully cooked.
  8. Turn off the heat and mix in the basil leaves.
  9. Serve the stir fry hot, with steamed rice if desired.
