Thai Pork Basil Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork loin
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 chillies Thai chillies
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut pork into thin slices.
  2. Chop garlic and chillies together. Set aside.
  3. Heat up wok and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add in chopped garlic and chillies.
  4. When the garlic starts to brown, add in the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Turn off the heat, and add in the Thai basil leaves. Stir quickly until the basil is just wilted.
  7. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
