
Thai Pork Basil Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 chillies Thai chillies
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut pork into thin slices.
- Chop garlic and chillies together. Set aside.
- Heat up wok and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add in chopped garlic and chillies.
- When the garlic starts to brown, add in the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned.
- Add in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.
- Turn off the heat, and add in the Thai basil leaves. Stir quickly until the basil is just wilted.
- Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
