Thai Morning Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 cup Fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into thin slices and set aside.
  2. 2. Clean and cut the bell peppers into thin slices.
  3. 3. In a wok or large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add the sliced chicken to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then add the bell peppers and garlic. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
  6. 6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, and add the low-sodium soy sauce and red chili flakes. Stir until everything is well combined.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves.
  8. 8. Serve your Thai Morning Chicken Stir-Fry with a side of brown rice or enjoy it as is for a low-carb option.
