
Thai Morning Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 cup Fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the chicken into thin slices and set aside.
- 2. Clean and cut the bell peppers into thin slices.
- 3. In a wok or large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the sliced chicken to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then add the bell peppers and garlic. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
- 6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, and add the low-sodium soy sauce and red chili flakes. Stir until everything is well combined.
- 7. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh Thai basil leaves.
- 8. Serve your Thai Morning Chicken Stir-Fry with a side of brown rice or enjoy it as is for a low-carb option.
