Thai Morning Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin steak
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips.
  2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  3. Slice the red bell pepper and green onions.
  4. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it is nearly cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper to the pan. Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan and stir well to coat all of the ingredients.
  8. Serve the beef stir-fry over jasmine rice, garnished with the chopped green onions. Enjoy a comforting, savory start to your day!
