
Thai Morning Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef sirloin steak
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 4 stalks Green onions
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips.
- Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
- Slice the red bell pepper and green onions.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it is nearly cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper to the pan. Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan and stir well to coat all of the ingredients.
- Serve the beef stir-fry over jasmine rice, garnished with the chopped green onions. Enjoy a comforting, savory start to your day!
