Ingredients:
- 1 whole Green apple
- 1 whole Mango
- 1/2 whole Pineapple
- 1/4 whole Red onion
- 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 1 whole Lime
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
Instructions:
- Slice the green apple, mango, and pineapple into thin slices. Chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruits, chopped onion, cilantro, and mint.
- In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from the lime. Add fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
