Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Green apple
  • 1 whole Mango
  • 1/2 whole Pineapple
  • 1/4 whole Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the green apple, mango, and pineapple into thin slices. Chop the red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruits, chopped onion, cilantro, and mint.
  3. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from the lime. Add fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes and whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
