Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 unit egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh mixed fruits (mango, banana, strawberry, dragon fruit)
- to taste honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it lightly with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes warm, topped with fresh mixed fruits. Drizzle honey or maple syrup as desired.
