
Thai Comfort Food: Kai Jeow (Thai Style Omelette)

Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 small Red onion
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 Thai chilies
- 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well, add in the fish sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.
- Slice the red onion, green onions and Thai chilies. Add into the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture.
- Let it cook without disturbing until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the omelette and cook on the other side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the Kai Jeow over the jasmine rice. Enjoy!
