
Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until it's no longer pink.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and red chili flakes. Pour this over the chicken and veggies.
- Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
