
Thai Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients:
- 2 medium size Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
- 8 pieces Bamboo skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into thin strips and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ground cumin. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the chicken strips into the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken onto the bamboo skewers. Reserve the leftover marinade for basting.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
- Serve the chicken skewers warm with peanut butter on the side for dipping.
