
Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 Units Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 Units Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh lime juice
- 1 Unit Red chili, finely chopped
- 0.5 Teaspoon Ground pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.5 Cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- 0.5 Cup Fresh mint leaves
- 8 Units Lettuce leaves
- 4 Units Lime wedges
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chili, and ground pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, around 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and mint leaves.
- To serve, spoon the Thai chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Add lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the wraps.
