Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 Units Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 Units Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Unit Red chili, finely chopped
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 Cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 Cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 8 Units Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Units Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chili, and ground pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, around 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and mint leaves.
  4. To serve, spoon the Thai chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Add lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the wraps.
