
Thai Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Red chilies
- 200 grams Shrimps/prawns
- 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Basil leaves
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat, then add the garlic and red chilies. Cook until the garlic is soft.
- Add the shrimps to the pan and cook until they are pink and cooked through.
- Add the Thai fish sauce and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them into the pasta and shrimp.
- Turn off the heat and add the basil leaves and bean sprouts. Stir them into the hot pasta, allowing them to wilt slightly.
- Serve the pasta hot, ideally while still a little wet from the eggs and sauces.
