
Thai Breakfast Noodle Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 piece Red chilies
- 1 piece Green bell peppers
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Thai soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped Green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped Thai basil leaves
Instructions:
- Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies, stirring until the garlic starts to brown.
- Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into the wok. Scramble and cook until they're almost set, then add the drained noodles.
- Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, stirring everything together so the noodles are evenly coated in sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the wok from the heat and stir in the green onions and Thai basil. Serve hot.
