Thai Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Beef tenderloin
  • 2 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs Chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tbs Soy sauce
  • 1 tbs Brown sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 3 sticks Spring onions
  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a stir-fry pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef strips to the pan, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar.
  6. Add the carrots and broccoli, stir-frying until they are tender.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked jasmine rice.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
