
Thai Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Beef tenderloin
- 2 tbs Vegetable oil
- 2 tbs Chili garlic sauce
- 3 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tbs Brown sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 large Carrot
- 3 sticks Spring onions
- 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
- Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a stir-fry pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the beef strips to the pan, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar.
- Add the carrots and broccoli, stir-frying until they are tender.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked jasmine rice.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
