
Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 tablespoons grated Fresh ginger
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- 1 diced Red chilli pepper
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 8-12 Lettuce leaves
- 2 chopped Scallions
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
- Add the ginger, garlic, and red chilli pepper. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Drain the excess grease from the skillet.
- Stir in the soy sauce and lime juice. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped scallions.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
