Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons grated Fresh ginger
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 diced Red chilli pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 8-12 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 chopped Scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
  2. Add the ginger, garlic, and red chilli pepper. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Drain the excess grease from the skillet.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and lime juice. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped scallions.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
