
Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Small Red Chilies
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Stir well and set aside.
- Slice the garlic and chilies thinly. Be careful when handling chilies as they can cause a burning sensation.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and chilies to the pan and fry until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until it turns white.
- Add the prepared sauce to the chicken and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the basil leaves and stir until they wilt.
- Serve the Thai Basil Chicken hot with steamed jasmine rice.
