
Thai Basil Chicken Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 pieces Bird's eye chili
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1.5 cups Jasmine rice
- as needed Oil
Instructions:
- Start by cooking your jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- While your rice is cooking, finely chop your garlic and chilies. Keep in mind, the more chilies you use, the spicier your dish will be.
- Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat up a pan with some oil, crack your eggs into the pan and fry them sunny-side up. Set them aside for later.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if necessary, then add your chopped chilies and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add your chicken to the pan, sauté until it's fully cooked.
- Pour in your soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, then stir everything together until the chicken is well-coated.
- Add your Thai basil leaves to the pan last, stir until they're just wilted.
