Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 pieces Bird's eye chilies
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken into thin pieces
  2. Mince the garlic and slice the chilies
  3. Heat up the oil in a wok at medium heat, then add the garlic and chilies
  4. When the garlic starts to brown, add the chicken
  5. Stir the chicken until it is fully cooked
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and fish sauce
  7. Stir well to mix the sauces
  8. Add the basil leaves and stir until they are wilted
  9. Serve with jasmine rice
