
Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Chicken breast
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 pieces Bird's eye chilies
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken into thin pieces
- Mince the garlic and slice the chilies
- Heat up the oil in a wok at medium heat, then add the garlic and chilies
- When the garlic starts to brown, add the chicken
- Stir the chicken until it is fully cooked
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and fish sauce
- Stir well to mix the sauces
- Add the basil leaves and stir until they are wilted
- Serve with jasmine rice
