Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken thighs
- 150 milliliters Teriyaki sauce
- 4 pieces Scallions
- 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
- 8 pieces Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Pre-heat the grill on medium heat.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with scallion pieces.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle the grilled skewers with sesame seeds before serving.
