Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless chicken thighs
  • 150 milliliters Teriyaki sauce
  • 4 pieces Scallions
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
  • 8 pieces Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the grill on medium heat.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with scallion pieces.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle the grilled skewers with sesame seeds before serving.
