
Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 inches fresh ginger
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, mirin, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the Teriyaki sauce.
- Place the chicken thighs in the Teriyaki sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on each side, or until done.
- Pour the remaining Teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken and allow it to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish the Teriyaki Chicken with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
