
Szechuan Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Bow tie pasta
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 inch Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 5 pieces Dried red chillies
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 stalks Spring onions
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain and set aside.
- Crush the garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns using a mortar and pestle.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, then add the crushed garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns.
- Add the dried red chillies and fry for a minute before adding the soy sauce and sugar.
- Stir well and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the wok and mix well to combine.
- Slice the spring onions and sprinkle them on top as a garnish before serving.
