Ingredients:
- 200 grams Chinese Egg Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 pcs Spring Onions
- 1 pcs Red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Szechuan Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and spring onions, sauteing until fragrant.
- Slice the bell pepper and add it to the wok, cooking until it softens slightly. This should take 2-3 minutes.
- In the wok, combine the cooked noodles, soy sauce, Szechuan sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together on high heat until the noodles are well coated in the spicy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with more spring onions or sesame seeds if desired.
