
Summer Morning Italian Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 Pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 2 Pieces Fresh tomatoes
- 1 Cup Low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- To taste Fresh basil leaves
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Brush each side of the chicken with olive oil and season with garlic, Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Remove chicken from oven, top with tomatoes and mozzarella slices. Bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
