Summer Breakfast Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 round Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Eggs
  • a handful Fresh basil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
  2. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray. Brush it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Mince the garlic and scatter it over the dough.
  4. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and spread them across the dough.
  5. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomatoes.
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Spread them over the pizza.
  7. Crack the eggs on top of the pizza, trying to distribute them evenly.
  8. Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  9. While the pizza is baking, tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.
  10. Once out of the oven, garnish the pizza with fresh basil and drizzle it with the rest of the olive oil.
  11. Slice and serve the pizza while it's still hot.
