
Summer Breakfast Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 round Pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 4 Eggs
- a handful Fresh basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray. Brush it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mince the garlic and scatter it over the dough.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and spread them across the dough.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomatoes.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Spread them over the pizza.
- Crack the eggs on top of the pizza, trying to distribute them evenly.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- While the pizza is baking, tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.
- Once out of the oven, garnish the pizza with fresh basil and drizzle it with the rest of the olive oil.
- Slice and serve the pizza while it's still hot.
