Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pork loin
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1/2 piece Pineapple
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 50 ml Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the pork loin into 1-inch cubes. Dice the peppers, onion, and pineapple into similar-sized pieces.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the pork cubes and stir-fry until they begin to brown.
- Add the peppers and onion to the wok. Stir-fry for another two minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add the pineapple, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine, then reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Slowly drizzle this into the wok, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the stir-fried pork over steamed rice for a complete meal.
