
Squid Ink Linguine with Clams

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Squid ink linguine
- 2 pounds Clams
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 1 whole Lemon
Instructions:
- 1. Rinse the clams under cold running water while scrubbing with a brush. Discard any clams that do not close when tapped.
- 2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan, stirring until the garlic is golden.
- 3. Add the white wine to the pan and bring it to a boil.
- 4. Add the clams and cover the pan. Cook until all clams have opened completely, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. In a separate pot, cook the squid ink linguine according to the package's directions. Drain well.
- 6. Add cooked linguine to the pan with clams. Toss until pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
- 7. Season with salt as per your preference. Add in chopped fresh parsley and squeeze the lemon over the top.
- 8. Serve immediately.
