
Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
- 24 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 item Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Stuff each pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the ricotta mixture, then arrange in the baking dish.
- Pour the leftover marinara sauce over the pasta shells. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
