Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Bell peppers
  • 2 pieces Zucchini
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and onion.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat.
  4. Sauté the onion and garlic until they become soft.
  5. Add the other vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper. Stir again to mix the flavors evenly.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  8. Serve hot for a satisfying midnight food craving.
