
Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Bell peppers
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions:
- Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until they become soft.
- Add the other vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper. Stir again to mix the flavors evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Serve hot for a satisfying midnight food craving.
