
Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 whole carrots
- 2 whole bell peppers
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 whole onions
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and thinly slice the carrots, onions, and garlic.
- Seed and thinly slice the bell peppers.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli and stir-fry for another 5 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle with the red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Continue stirring and cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
